Here's a little Thanksgiving present for the Clash fans out there (OK, mostly Eric). The Selvedge Yard is a great site that does cool little photojournalism essays about some really interesting subjects. It's a little motorcycle oriented (sorry Dad!!), but it covers a lot of bases and is really fun to take a look at every once in a while!!

No, Patrick, we were not at that show. That is clearly the Hammersmith Odeon and we saw them back in their Hamburg days.
Actually, I know we aren't there because that's Mick Jones in white and he wasn't there. Alas, he had already been kicked out of the band for "wanting to be a pop star." When we saw them, he had been replaced by two guitarists, clad in black leather straight out of Paul Simonon 101.
